Works, but not great.
This remote works so I gave it two stars but it's really naughty. If it doesn't point directly to the right spot, it won't work. We end up waving our hand while pressing the button and trying to connect it. The original remote had no problem communicating with the TV, so I know the problem isn't with the TV or our facility. I'm really glad this remote exists because without it I wouldn't be able to use Netflix or other wireless offerings, but it could definitely work better than it does now.
