I chose this one of the other options because the image shows equally spaced measurement increments and a cylindrical shape, at least it should scale accurately. Some other products were clearly unevenly arranged on cylindrical or even conical walls. Therefore, they can by no means be exact. The pots are well shaped and suitable for preparing espresso. They're very light and I'm worried about them breaking if I drop them or accidentally hit the enamelled sink with them. At least I have 2 so I have a backup. And because of the small heat storage, preheating is less important. Where it really falls short of expectations is in gradations. I read some reviews that they don't hold up well and may not be dishwasher safe. But mine is hand washed once with dish soap and then exposed to just water and espresso. Within a week I see that the marks are completely gone. Not just faded or worn, but completely gone. I assume they dissolved under the influence of the espresso. It still works well, but I can't judge the relative volumes of shots taken as to how much foam one particular infusion has compared to others. It wasn't easy to judge anyway, because the double shot doesn't fill it out completely due to its broad base and a difference of about 10% wouldn't be noticeable anyway. If you want a pair of very light, shapely mugs that will fit in any express car, they should work. If you plan to measure anything with any resolution, even by eye, I'd give you a hard pass.
