I have to say, it was nice working with them! They are very thorough in their approach and really know how to listen. We were able fix our issues within 2 weeks of engagement. Nothing so far has come up that we didn't resolve or even better than expected. It's been an absolute pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend CROMetrics for any project you may choose to engage them for. The team at CROMetrics helped us improve the overall experience for customers by increasing website conversion rate. The team has been very responsive and helpful, and the dashboard is a great way to keep track of your progress. The cost of services is a little high, but we're a startup, so we know that it's worth it. Good product, I would continue using them. We're trying to get more users to our website, but it's a little difficult to understand. We're trying to understand our user flow and optimize it, so that more people reach our website.
