A little background: I'm in my 30's and my hands ache from WFH working all day on my laptop, using my phone to keep in touch with friends and maybe playing games to get through the winter. After a lot of research on handheld massagers, this one seemed to test all the specs of the perfect/best handheld massager so I ordered it - a bit of background, WFH post COVID, most communication was electronic and my hands were suffering a lot and lot in what a moment in the summer of the 20th. In December, I had started playing video games in my free time to get through the winter, and it made my fingers and hands hurt even more, so I was in dire need of some kind of medicine. When I received this handheld massager in the mail I thought it looked very nice but when I turned it on and put my hand in I had my doubts because the rollers started working which seemed thin and hard and made a funny noise when doing so . .almost like a toy. I figured why am I wasting my money on this, I don't think it's going to work. Then the printing began, alternating rolls and printing. I played with the settings and put my hand in the massager for 10-15 minutes. The pressure was amazing, the heat was a comfortable temp (don't know what other reviewers are complaining about not being hot enough) and thankfully didn't burn my hands, but these videos made me feel like I could do with cheaper or could just bring back because none of them felt like a real hand massage and it made a weird noise during the massage. In those 10-15 minutes I've already tried to come up with a return strategy for this item as I haven't yet returned anything I bought. Well, well, well, when that 10-15 minutes was up I took my hand away and GUESS WHAT!? MONTHLY PAIN IN HANDS gone! phew! Simply that way! I was so impressed. Since then every day I tape my hands (one at a time) even if my hands don't hurt because it's really amazing I can't get enough of this stuff. He healed my hands! Most of the time I use the heat print only option, but I still use rollers from time to time. I have come to appreciate roller winders because as silly as they may seem to me, they work wonders in relieving pain when my hands are aching badly. Give your hands relief and try this product!
