Spray toner was ineffective
Toner itself is fine. Perfectly moisturizes the skin. However, the atomizer attached to the bottle is definitely not enough. When I used the product, instead of fogging up my face, it sprayed a large amount of toner in just one spot. I expected it to look like a jet of mist, but it all hit a spot and then poured down my face and neck like heavy rain. Luckily I had a different atomizer than my last toner (which is no longer made). I poured this toner into this old bottle and quickly threw away this container.
