I like that it's easy to use, has many features for different purposes (including call recording), is intuitive - no need learn new software when adding additional staff or services! It can be confusing at first but once you get used with all aspects there are very few issues we've had using this system over time as well compared other providers in our space who have not been ableto keep up their product line changes/moves etc..
We also love how much more efficient everything runs now since implementing TBGX into daily operations!!
