Review on telbee by Dave Hersma

I like that TelBee is able to send out surveys using different methods including SMS texts. It also allows for multiple responses from users. The ability to have one survey sent over several days and still be able to keep track of results are great features as well. Sometimes there could be technical issues where the connection does not work properly but this was rare. We were looking at ways to reach new clients through various channels such as phone calls, texting, etc. This allowed us to do so without having to pay for each channel separately.
