I've been making and using natural deodorants for the last seven years so to be honest my expectations are a little low when it comes to all natural underarm creams because sometimes they just are Do not work. work Excellent. I find it strange making deodorants for kids, but I think some of them stink more than others. My kids aren't that bad yet, so I tried it on myself and I'm actually fine. It was hard to get it to curl at first, then rubbing was another problem as it was rock hard. It doesn't have much smell, you really have to put your nose in to get that hint of lime. I agree because I really never need my pits to smell like food. After a day of minimal sweating (desert winter), I'm happy to report that I don't stink. And I usually do. This would be a good clean option if your child needs deodorant. I'm not sure how that would compete with an active hormonal teen's armpits, but I would definitely try it instead of chemical products.
