Review on Ultra Litter Pearl Crystals 3 5 Pound by Laura Russell

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A big improvement over "regular " filler but not off-road

My rating is really 4-1/2 stars. Of course, the litter is very fine, so around the litter box it looks more like salt or sugar (blue urine-soaked salt or sugar) than the sharp, pebble-like pearl crystals of Ultra Pet Litter, but they ARE there ground and begged me, to sweep him. Yes, this is a first world problem, irrelevant in the general scheme of things. However, it's really going too far to say it doesn't trail, and if you stir it to remove solids you'll want to hold your breath because a little cloud of dust will rise that you won't notice. want to breathe. Normal scatter beads do not do this. However, I think I prefer microcrystals for how they work; I think they last longer. I don't particularly like blue; In fact, it annoys me to see blue color being used on anything without good reason, especially kitty litter. If they wanted the animal to like it, they had to paint it dirty; or is it blue to appeal to human aesthetics? All these complaints aside, it's fantastic in terms of liquid absorption and odor control, really much better than other filler brands. It really is a wonderful thing not to be able to smell the cat box from every room in the house! I can't estimate how economical that really is, but those are the costs that I'm willing to bear. Presumably this is a material that is biodegradable or non-toxic - silicon dioxide - and I really appreciate that.
