Review on SitePatterns by Brett Gilbert

I love how easy the platform was to navigate, we had never used any site pattern website before so it seemed really unique and fresh! There are some minor bugs that need fixing but nothing major at this time. The best thing about the system is its overall functionality! We didn't have trouble finding what we were looking for while using the website - everything could be searched easily and very fast (which was important since our clients and staff work long hours). The ease of use and how easy it was to get up and running with our team. There are so many features that we didn't know about until after implementation (like adding fields). We've been able to improve communication between departments by using this tool. I recommend trying out the demo first! This product has helped us track all incidents in one place.
