We were looking for a bluetooth speaker for our bathroom. We have several sets of high quality speakers that we have been trying to find a use for. This device comes disassembled and requires simple assembly with no printed instructions but very simple. I used 24V DC. Power adapter and 4 ohm speaker, the sound is very clear and linear with volume control. Bluetooth pairing is very simple, turn it on and it can be added without a pairing code. The only downside we found is that when you turn off the volume control the speakers turn off but bluetooth stays connected so on our iPhones the playlist keeps playing as it thinks it's connected to the speakers, and the next person who tries to use them can't connect to them unless the previous user got out of blue range by manually disabling Bluetooth from them. Thanks to the location of the device and the power supply, we can simply turn off the power and they will then be connected to a new person. This didn't bother us as the bathroom it's in is in the far corner of the house on the other side of an 18 inch brick wall so the Bluetooth connection usually drops when we move to another part of the house go. We will be buying more and considering installing this or a multi-channel version in every room of the house in the next phase of the renovation.
