Works as described. A piece of advice: don't use the Flathead if you keep slipping. Take the tip of the needle and twist it. I had to push a little to put the new ones in, it may not look like it will rotate but it does. Do not fully assemble before testing. Connect it. Try it, snap a photo for reference, and then take it off and rotate the bulbs that are still off 180 degrees.
