Bought for puree, mince, veggies on a progressive bariatric diet after surgery. Since you are limited to 1/2 cup servings, this works very well. I've used frozen meat with broth and you bring it down to the consistency you want. I've even made soup with chunks in it. Read the reviews where someone said it blew up on the first try. I wonder how much they tried to cut.
