Poor customer service, unreliable battery

Initially liked this vacuum cleaner. Very light and manoeuvrable. The suction power was moderate, but should not replace a conventional vacuum cleaner. The battery was dead after a few weeks. Contacted support and they suggested trying something. Their suggestions did not resolve the situation and they replaced the entire unit. It worked fine for a while, then the battery stopped working again. Customer service again recommended corrective actions, but they did not solve the problem. After several emails they finally offered a 50% refund. This was hardly satisfactory, but I'm stuck. Good little vacuum cleaner for the money, though.
