More Than Expected - Stick Vacuum Cleaner & Electric Broom

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this cordless handheld vacuum is. I have a similar but different brand and you can't compare how good it is. This vacuum cleaner is way better than I expected for the price. It appears to be of very high quality and comes with lots of great attachments. I charge it overnight and it picks up hair on carpet and hardwood floors really well. I'm glad I chose this, it will be very helpful

Poor customer service, unreliable battery

Initially liked this vacuum cleaner. Very light and manoeuvrable. The suction power was moderate, but should not replace a conventional vacuum cleaner. The battery was dead after a few weeks. Contacted support and they suggested trying something. Their suggestions did not resolve the situation and they replaced the entire unit. It worked fine for a while, then the battery stopped working again. Customer service again recommended corrective actions, but they did not solve the problem. Afterโ€ฆ

Extremely light and easy to use

I've had this vacuum for about a week now and I have to say I'm really impressed with everything it has. It was very easy to assemble and disassemble. The vacuum cleaner itself is very light and very easy to use. I really like how the base of the vacuum can "adjust" to the movement, making cleaning in corners and under furniture that much easier. The vacuum cleaner can also be converted into a handheld vacuum cleaner. You simply remove the center piece (the adjustable wand-like piece) andโ€ฆ
