Intelligent Insights - great solution when paired w/ good customer service

I like that it has an AI engine which is constantly learning from your clients' behavior, then uses that to provide insights into their needs. The platform requires some technical knowledge to use. You need some background in business intelligence to be able to use it effectively. It does not have much integration options with other systems (even if you are using BI tools such as PowerBI). Also, the UI could use some spruce up. This tool does not provide any automated data analysis or reporting for the users. Instead, it mainly helps with client engagement by providing them with real insight into their needs.
