If you've ever tried a fully manual corkscrew, you'll appreciate this guy. You turn the screw handle to insert the screw into the cork. The wings on the side will expand and you will push on them and the cork will start to come out. Roll again and squeeze the wings again. Repeat until the cork comes out. They almost always work well, pulling the cork out of the bottle with minimal effort.
