Bought this vacuum cleaner because of the many great reviews. I really like not having a cord, and although the battery died before I was done cleaning the house, I just plugged it in and did other types of cleaning until I had a charge. The issues I had were that on thicker carpets the turbo setting I needed to pick up the dog hair was too strong and it was impossible to pull and push. So when I vacuum these carpets, I turn it down to a lower setting. HOWEVER, I HAD TO GO BACK because the brush stopped spinning on all the carpets. Still spins on the floor but no longer spins or picks up hair on carpets. So disappointed to quote another unsatisfied customer, such good reviews. . . . . . I'm a fool? Back to finding a vacuum that lasts. I want to thank Revain for their AWESOME customer service. Thanks Mike :)
