Very very disappointed - Both by the drill and the seller. 1) There is no manual/instruction manual that everyone had except this product. Because there are NO descriptions/instructions on how to securely attach the bit, the rotating chuck (by turning) that opens/closes the metal pins (both original and replacement) was too tight to turn (even for a luthier) all hands) and the bottom of the cartridge didn't have a magnet (like the good one I had before), the handyman and I concluded that a certain part attached to the base of the cartridge was "missing". 2) Replacing the first drill also has NO description/instruction. 3) When it arrived I asked a question about installing a bit. It's been 10 days and NOBODY, neither the seller nor five (5) buyers has left a 5 star feedback. answered. (I am guessing that the five (5) listed buyers are the seller and/or people associated with the seller. I googled myself and found "names of each part/their function" and "how to get the Drill used" learned. An unreliable seller like this is "a huge red flag".
