Army seal at home

Gave my husband for Christmas. This is our first 3D printer and we intend to use it for wargame miniatures. The printer was well packaged by both the manufacturer and Revain. We looked at several videos of this brand's 3D printers but couldn't find any for this particular model. I recommend this to anyone who has no experience with these machines. The written instructions are very short and look more like a quick guide. Outer resin and eye protection. We haven't fully used it yet, but a few things caught our eye right away. 1. Get a rubber mat for this. It is very easy to spill resin when adding resin or removing the tank for cleaning.2. Be sure to check ventilation before doing anything. The resin smells as soon as you open the bottle, so people who are sensitive to chemicals should exercise caution even before printing. Extra gloves are your friend and/or get the right size gloves. As for the quality of the prints themselves, they are amazing. If I had to compare I would say you can get close to GW quality. You lose a lot of detail, but it's still very accurate for home printing. I have minutes from a number of games (Warma/Hoarders, 40K, Infinity, Drowned Earth, etc.). And right now, the characters that we've made are the ones that I can buy if I find them in stock in the store. Keep in mind. that you need a computer to use the software. My husband is experienced in 3D animation and design, so there were no problems. Computer skills are required. If you don't design yourself, it's very easy to find files formatted for this type of printing. I will add photos and updates as we use it more.
