I ordered this item for my new bike expecting it to sound great when riding and was so excited when it was installed and ready to ride and after the installation was complete. and i started testing, i only had sound from one of the two speakers on this mc420b and i was disappointed! The conclusion from my statement is this: the speaker itself did not work at all, did not emit any sound and had to be sent back. I think I was more disappointed that I didn't have my sound system to play my tunes than anything else. I'm well versed in Boss sound systems and have never had this problem so I knew I just needed a different one to get started which I think worked to my advantage lol. Not only did I buy a Boss audio system, I upgraded it to a 1000w system and it had two more speakers than the mc420b. 4 total, and oh my god the system is bloody loud. I love my music and you can hear me walking down the street I'm sure it's far away lol.
