I love how my kitchen looks

Very cute, I love how my kitchen looks. However, the lid does not fit well and has no seal, so the salt hardens. This can be solved by putting rice in it, but that defeats the purpose I bought it for. I would like to be able to add a pinch of salt when cooking, but that's not easy with rice in it. I'm sad because I'm returning it and it's perfect for my kitchen! It would be better if there was a lid! =
