Bought a few months ago. I love her. Last weekend I dropped the lid on the wooden floor and it broke. I contacted customer service to find out how to order just the lid and explained what I did. Was willing to pay for a new case if possible. Next thing I know there's a brand new set coming MONDAY! Is free. what more can i say

This salt/pepper container was very pretty but definitely not designed or intended for real use. This container is not actually sealed and has no lip for the top. So if you accidentally knock it on the counter, it's likely to spill. I wasn't happy with this purchase and just threw it in the trash. I saw this on Tik Tok and thought it was so cute. So it will be good as a decoration.

Very cute, I love how my kitchen looks. However, the lid does not fit well and has no seal, so the salt hardens. This can be solved by putting rice in it, but that defeats the purpose I bought it for. I would like to be able to add a pinch of salt when cooking, but that's not easy with rice in it. I'm sad because I'm returning it and it's perfect for my kitchen! It would be better if there was a lid! =

Because the lid and base won't close, my salt and pepper soaked up moisture and became unusable. I even tried adding different things to absorb moisture, but the salt and pepper are so wet they can't absorb all of the moisture. I'm glad there is free return as they return asap. I saw so many positive reviews I thought it was good. I had to take the time to read them as I had the same experience as all the negative reviews.

My husband is a chef. I'm tired of the plastic containers of salt and pepper on the counter because that's what chefs do. pinching and adding. They're big enough for a man's hand and look great. Suitable for any kitchen interior. Some people have complained that they could be fixed better. In my opinion, this would defeat the purpose of easily getting to salt and pepper. One of my favorite Amazon purchases!

For reference - I live in Arizona so the humidity is very low. I received it and washed it immediately, let it dry in my dryer for a day or two before use. Within a week of use my salt was sticking together and my peppers were moldy! I cleaned it, let it dry completely again and checked it. the same after a few days. DO NOT BUY! I would recommend a bamboo or wooden salt/pepper rack to keep moisture out. This has NEVER happened to me, but unfortunately this set ends up in the trash.

I love this salt and pepper shaker! It was packaged very well and arrived in excellent condition. I've read complaints about the salt getting lumpy due to the lack of an airtight seal, but that wasn't the case for me. I just tossed in some little soup crackers with salt and pepper and they kept everything nice and dry. The lids can be easily removed, which is very practical when cooking. Cellars are a wonderful addition to my kitchen, both aesthetically and functionally.

Big size. Big enough to get a good pinch; However, the two containers fit very loosely on top of each other (which I don't like) and I HATE the fact that the lid doesn't fit at all. You have to twist it until it's even flush (which is tedious after the first or second try). Leaving a gap between the top container and the lid is bad enough.
