Big size. Big enough to get a good pinch; However, the two containers fit very loosely on top of each other (which I don't like) and I HATE the fact that the lid doesn't fit at all. You have to twist it until it's even flush (which is tedious after the first or second try). Leaving a gap between the top container and the lid is bad enough. You will definitely need to remold the lid to fit the top container better OR make the lip on the lid a little deeper and seal. I'm leaving it because I didn't open it right away and don't want to worry about returning it, but I'll probably sell it in the yard.
