This product did not quite live up to the advertisement. It's an easy-to-use product, fits seamlessly with my iPhone, and looks well-made from the outside. However, regardless of what FM frequency it is tuned to, this device generates and transmits an audible and distinct background noise to the car radio. Also, in order to hear streaming music from my iPhone, I had to turn the volume up to maximum on the phone and also set the volume to maximum on this device (shown as "U30" on the display). Despite this, the car radio was about three quarters louder than any conventional radio. Finally, this unit's dynamic range was severely limited compared to actual FM radios (in other words, it sounds flat and muffled). However, dynamic range can be an inherent property of the lossy Bluetooth format. Considering it's a sub-$20 product, it can live with that reduced audio quality (at least for now), but it leaves a lot to be desired. However, I'm not sure I can live with that for long. The time will show.
