HAVE GOOD POKER FACE has been damaged. I packed one of the smaller bags for my 2018 Royal Caribbean cruise. They confiscated my bag and forced me to go to customer service saying they had reason to believe there was alcohol in my bag. Of course, they were not allowed to rummage through my luggage and they forced me to unpack my suitcase in front of a member of staff to prove that there was no alcohol in my bag. I almost collapsed but kept my mouth shut and said I didn't pack the alcohol. In fact, they have no way of knowing what the potential alcohol looks like, they don't even have a printout of the x-ray to show what shape the alcohol bottle is inside. So. Remember. You have to act innocent if you plan on secretly drinking on a cruise. To make the bottle more realistic, I took the "75% off" sticker from another item from a real store and stuck it onto the bottle. - The bottle looks pretty fake - So I had to look convincing. But overall she did her job. It didn't leak into my luggage and allowed me to take alcohol on the cruise. Just know that you're smarter than you think, and the X-ray machine won't miss much.
