I have purchased VeloToze XL. They arrived late and were in yellowed plastic packaging so maybe old stock, but the first time I put them on - BEWARE - they ripped anyway. I sent them back. A few weeks later I received another pair, the same with yellow packaging. This one didn't break, but when I got back from riding for the very first time, the front end broke from only maybe 50 feet of walking. sadness forever! After the second time, they were torn so badly that I could hardly put them on. I ordered them - they seemed too cheap, big and silly to take seriously - but I was totally impressed. First, they are nice and fat. Super easy to put on. Definitely won't tear and looks durable enough to walk in. Anyway they are a bit big, I have big and I'm a size 12 (46) so not many people will have many feet bigger than me so it would probably be better if they were 3 sizes instead of 2 had. But no matter, it still creates a good seal at the ankle. Velotoze kept the wind and rain out perfectly but legs were still cold even at 40-50 degrees and 20-40 for sure. My feet are hot with them. And absolutely dry, even in downpours. I love her. Easy to clean. The only thing that really bothers me is that the reflective tape is on the inside and not on the outside where it should be. They did this because it was easier to zip up, but unless you're an acrobat you can't zip them up from the outside. So the reflective strip is not so visible. But that's a small problem. Bought them in a flash sale but would certainly pay full price knowing how good they are. buy you. 50g or whatever you save on silicone isn't worth it, don't be fooled.
