Auto focus, microphone, good video and picture quality. I am using this in a multi-monitor KVM setup. It swaps perfectly with KVM. The base is square and may have screws or nails driven into multiple holes in the base. That's just the thickness I can hang over the top of my center screen. The camera swivels for easy alignment. The microphone picks up keyboard noise quite strongly. So if you're typing during a meeting, you need to remember to mute the sound. I've found that this always takes precedence when switching from KVM, so any WebEx login requires switching to my headset's mic. Slight irritation. For the price, features, and shape, this is an amazing camera. It was available when I needed it, which was good too. There are no drivers. plug and play
