Good knives: Knife block sets
Overall the knives are good. The handles are really good, fit well and have a great finish. The steel is good, very sharp and will hold an edge. No worse than any Japanese steel knife I've used. My only complaint is that the knives are a bit flimsy and it would be better if they were heavier. price target.
