The only bad thing is that there are no instructions included with the kit. I love that you snap the piercing and back tie into one step. The size of the piercing is perfect for children. I pierced her ears and the earlobe seems to be shrinking a bit (3rd whole) but seems perfect for my 6 month old. The gun is actually manual, it doesn't auto-lock, so you can apply a little pressure before going all the way to make sure you're doing everything in the right place. Once ready, push it all the way down and BOOM! You have a new piercing. It looks like you can use this weapon again, but I haven't tried it and wouldn't recommend it as it doesn't re-sterilize. So far very happy with my purchase (bought two) if anything happens I will update my review.
