These are cozy, but may fit on the small side. I am a 6.5 with a slightly wide foot and the 6-7 fits well. My daughter is a 7.5 with a narrow foot. She wanted a pair but 1/2 size bigger. We ordered the 8-9. It fits well in length but feels a little wider than the 6-7. I love the green yellow combo and so does my teen so she ordered the same. There is moderate cushion in the footbed. Not deeply cushioned but also not too thin. The outer sole is thick and solid. It's OK for walking outside although I'm using them inside only. These slippers have been the right temperature for my feet but we live in a cool climate. They are not slippery with walking on wooden floors, carpet or laminate.
