My wife's church ministry is constantly collecting groceries for another regional ministry that is distributing them. However, as an MLK Day of Service event, they gather volunteers, pre-cooked proteins, veggies and starches and put together hundreds of these meals (that's 3 full chef's freezers). It was easy to set up - rip, go over it and roll your foot in front of you. It's heavy enough that it's very hard to puncture, when it's stretched out on the carpet, and at the end of the day, it's easy to pull up and wrap all your trash right inside.
