The ease of use, flexibility in configuration options (including customizing rules), ability to view all events from any device connected with an internet connection are some features that I like about this solution. Not many other software solutions offer as much customization when it comes to scheduling tasks across multiple devices - allowing you to have full visibility into what's happening at every level within your facility. Also very easy integration with third party systems such as OPC or HMI applications through our API interface allows us maximum functionality without having to purchase additional hardware/software licenses. We used SRM primarily to schedule work orders using mobile workers but also had benefit by being able to see where sensors were located so we could send someone out there quickly if needed. Tracking down problems was easier than trying to find information manually. It would help solve issues faster and more effectively while reducing time spent tracking data ourselves. Saves.
