Review on ๐Ÿ’ก LANMU Trigger Lock for Dyson V15, V11, V10 Vacuum Cleaners: Power Button Lock Accessory for Convenient Cleaning Experience by Nathan Kalivas

Too bulky if you have small hands. It's too easy to accidentally turn on.

Right after I bought the Dyson V10, I started looking for a solution to the vacuum's lack of always-on option. It makes no sense. (I think they're doing their best to get people to conserve battery power.) I want my arm and hand to be relaxed and barely able to hold the vacuum. This is the first aftermarket trigger lock I've tried. Three adults of different heights came to the same conclusion: Pros: The mechanism works well and seems to be reusable. It fits well and doesn't slip. (On the other hand, it's snug enough to make it uncomfortable to put it on and take it off repeatedly.) Still, it's fairly easy to quickly control it as a trigger by flicking the button back and forth. Cons: First, the space for three fingers in the grip is already tight, and the addition of a trigger lock makes it even tighter. Also, the lock does not offer a comfortable rest for the index finger. Second, the button might be too easy to use, especially when trying to carry the vacuum from one room to another by the handle. We removed the lock and ordered to try another design. (This one isn't perfect either, but it's better for us and good enough to keep using it.) I think it would be fine for those with small hands who can get used to not accidentally pressing the button.
