Review on IT Portal by John Koch

We have used it for over 12 months now to manage our project management process across several projects at different locations in one platform - which has saved us so much time! The product itself works great but does need some updating occasionally as we are always looking forward rather than backwards when making changes (which seems like every 2 years!). It's not perfect by any means just keep going with what they're doing until there IS something better out already that fits their market more closely though this may take longer then usual development cycles. Using Project One allows me/us to see everything about my or other team members' current work status from start date through completion without needing multiple apps open throughout each day. This saves significant amount of wasted energy since I'm no good multitasker and would prefer to focus 100% into managing tasks instead having them pop up unexpectedly during breaks while.
