Great solution if you do NOT want your email inbox spammed

We have used it for over 12 months now to manage our project management process across several projects at different locations in one platform - which has saved us so much time! The product itself works great but does need some updating occasionally as we are always looking forward rather than backwards when making changes (which seems like every 2 years!). It's not perfect by any means just keep going with what they're doing until there IS something better out already that fits their market…

Pros
  • In depth task tracking
  • Task scheduling, priority setting & assignment system along wth user defined workflows.
  • Easy access via smart phone app(Android) if you want quick checks before meetings etc
  • Integrated document storage within same interface makes life easier especially those files being shared among colleagues easily accessible where needed most often
