Review on ๐Ÿพ Silver Satin Steel Two-Prong Cork Puller with Cover - Monopol Westmark Germany by Joseph Whiteman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Never fear an old cork again

I didn't know this type of corkscrew. But I was sure that the traditional corkscrew would leave a few corks behind that might strain decanting the bottle. I read EVERY 1 star review. And I would have no hesitation in returning the product if I suspected a defect or non-performance. I was so concerned that I tried it on a bottle and didn't bother to check the directions and the product's effectiveness. Use the rocking motion required to set the pins in place and you gently but surely begin to rotate (counterclockwise works best for me, I've found) and the cork out of the bottle to bang. Voila! The cork is tight and your guests will be impressed. As an added bonus, you can often REPLACE the cork, at least partially, with this puller. Try THAT with a corkscrew! All in all an important tool in the wine world. This one also worked well. I suggest practicing before the grand opening!
