Ladder is not for the faint of heart
I have never used a ladder for training but my daughter helps me with my exercises and suggested it as an alternative to other things (don't) ask me what others Things are, she trains me like I'm in boot camp or something. I mostly say that you get a real cardio workout by working your core (at least that's my opinion). This is really good to have in any training program.
