The ease of use, its simple to understand how it works using all their tutorials provided as well as support team always online is another major plus point i really like about this software. Its too expensive compared to other tools out there but considering its features and simplicity it makes sense at least try before you buy. Real time reporting capabilities are one such feature which I would love if they can add sooner or later. This tool saves me so much effort while doing research work and helps in preparing presentations easily without worrying what next steps should be taken after finding some malicious activity present within my network/system etc.
