No integrity for the electronics
The antenna tube that rotates the antenna broke when I first pulled the camper out. I called customer service, explained the situation and said that it was 30 degrees in the morning, the plastic part broke. The technicians told her that they had passed the weather test and that it was impossible. Antenna is 2 months old. They assumed I hit something and then the antenna broke. I assured them that this did not happen. I will never recommend or buy any other of their products.
