Although this simple ADSL2+ modem is not listed as supported by CenturyLink, it worked fine for me in central Virginia with the following configuration settings: Setup tab ": Figure 1 – ATM PVC Configuration – VPI: 8 – VCI: 35 – Service Category: UBR without PCR – Enable QoS: UncheckedScreen 2 – Connection Type – MAC Encapsulation Routing (MER) – Encapsulation Mode on LLC/SNAP BridgingScreen 3 – IP Address Settings WAN - Obtain IP address automatically - Obtain default gateway automatically - Obtain DNS server addresses automatically Screen 4 - Network Address Translation Settings - Enable (check) NAT - Enable (check) Firewall - Enable (disable) IGMP Multicast - Service Name - mer_0_8_35Screen 5 - Summary - Select Save/Reload
