Same or better than other aftermarket key cases. The task of replacing the components is to remove the RFID chip from the old key and install it in the new housing. This must be done or the car will not start. I decided to cut out the entire RFID body from the old skin and completely transfer it to the new skin. I trimmed the plastic (below) with a dremel and after a few trial adjustments it fit fine. All of the components fit nicely into the new shell, the shell snaps firmly in place and the included screw (using the included screwdriver) provides the final step in securing everything together. Economical price compared to buying a new OEM key.
