I wear an apron every day and have always hated having it tied around my neck and then closing under the weight of everything in my pockets hanging, shifting and pulling my skin. I started using only aprons with a long tie so it only needs to be tied back/front but it still hangs around my neck! I don't like Japanese style aprons because they are too much clothing to wear over other clothing. This Aiden Brothers apron is almost perfect. It's a nice, heavier material so I don't have to worry about drying my hands and getting it on my clothes. They gave me a buckle so I can attach it around my waist immediately without tying it. It rests comfortably on my shoulders as if it weren't there. I adjusted it to fit me and I don't have to adjust anything every time I take it off and on. It's also wider at the top, so it almost completely covers the bust area, which is never the case with aprons (bra size DD). I'm 5ft 7in tall and it comes just above my knee. I am so happy with my purchase. If there is one downside to an apron it's the limited number of colors available, too many of them are bright and my aprons are starting to fade. looks rough even after washing, I'd like it darker so it's not as noticeable.
