Review on Single Centerset Bathroom Faucet - 520 MPU DST Classic by Joe Jordan

When we bought the house 12 years ago the builder installed Delta faucets (five bathrooms and one kitchen) and they worked fine. I was impressed that all six used the same ball valve mechanism and it worked well. They started leaking about a year ago and I put new gasket kits in and this went on for about a year and this time a different gasket kit didn't fix the problem. .I couldn't complain about something that worked well for 10+ years, so I decided to take a look at what Delta is doing now. That's neat as the cartridge replaces the entire valve train instead of o-rings, rubber parts and springs so in 10-12 years I'll just be replacing the valve cartridge rather than buying new faucets and they have a lifetime guarantee. , so if you call Delta's 800 number, the cartridges are free! They were easy to install; I was a bit apprehensive about cutting the piping to length but I found a Delta YouTube video that did a great job showing how to do it and I had no problems. picture is misleading. It seemed to me that there is a central part of the crane with separate wings on the sides. I don't know why it looks like there is a seam but there isn't and they actually look better than the picture. In addition, the spout is very wide at the end and looks like a small mirror up close (e.g. when brushing your teeth), which I find very nice. They do what faucets are supposed to do and I am a satisfied customer.
