Best hydration system I've used for running

This pocket is my favorite piece of gear next to my Harmine lol. I was looking for a hydration system for long runs and hot days. I'm 5ft and have a small frame and this fits great and adjusts well. So many pockets for fuel, phone, headlamp, bear spray (I run forest trails), 1.5 liters of water and a few stretch pockets on the front. When you've used up what you're carrying, you can easily tighten the chest straps to make them nice and snug. The reservoir is very easy to fill and clean, and it doesn't wobble when I walk. Did I say I love this job? The best advice I learned from a long distance runner friend is :::::: after you've filled and closed your bladder. Hold the bag upside down and suck on it a little until some water comes out. This will remove air bubbles and strengthen your back. After my run, I air out my bag and spray on Lysol sanitizer spray if it's a short run. If I sweat a lot, I throw it in the washing machine with my gym clothes. PERFECT! You will not regret buying this item. Finally:::: I've used it for 2 solo half marathons as well as ragnar relays and short hikes.
