I love that it smells like mint but I think my dog hates it for the same reason. After that, I give him half of the enzyme gum as a reward, and he sits and gets his teeth rubbed with the promise of a treat. I bought this mainly because of the chlorhexidine in these tooth wipes. Most other wipes only have a minty smell but no ingredients that actually help clean teeth/gums. I think it works well and the rough side is useful for gently rubbing my dog's teeth. He had dental surgery earlier this year so his breathing isn't that bad anymore. But I think it will help freshen his breath for a few days. I try to use them 3-5 times a week. I wish the bandages were more of a bag because when the squirming dog tries to slide my finger out of his mouth, the bandage won't stay wrapped around my finger.
