Looks ok, nice little storage and charging box, but the device itself sucks. This product should be removed from Revain! It's useless, the speaker isn't loud enough and the microphone is barely audible. The design is neither comfortable nor secure on the ear. I've tried both ears several times and they never fit properly and no one can hear me when I speak. When you turn it on or off, the voice says something in Chinese, I think it says the device is connected or disconnected, but I don't speak Chinese. You get what you pay for, this thing is cheap for a reason and that reason is because it's terrible.
