A piece of junk! Impossible microscript instructions!

Really? I can't get this thing to make any noise other than a chirp even after putting in new batteries (almost impossible task unless you have fingers the size of a Barbie doll). magnifying glass! I'm pretty mechanical, but this makes what should be a simple item (bike horn) as hard as building your own computer or something! I'm sending it back.
