Review on CubicFun Children's Architecture Puzzle Set by Brion Pine

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I would say 14+ not 6+

We weren't sure if it would be in my 11 year old's wheelhouse or not. Sometimes these kits don't live up to expectations and then they disappoint kids to tears. It wasn't that bad, but almost. First, it should be noted that 80% of your time is spent squeezing out little triangles of styrofoam to throw away. Any small gaps in the tower walls must be knocked out prior to assembly. Tiresome for a child. Then the assembly of the second stage required adult intervention. I think 16 tabs had to be inserted exactly like that, all in one step, and it was a big problem getting them lined up correctly. The instructions were adequate but there was no text and we were able to use it. There is no way a six year old would be able to build this on his own.
