Review on 🦟 Bear Butt Hammock Bug Net - Mosquito Net for Hammocks - 10FT X 4FT Hammock Net - Hammock Bug Net - Mosquito Netting for Hammock by Bryan Orozco

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A very good choice for trails.

This works as advertised. The only problem that became apparent was the proximity of the sleeper's body to the net while stretched out in the hammock. It's not the fault of the fault network per se. Just a net hanging around the hammock. I've tried a few things but never found a good way to avoid the problem other than making sure the blanket and hammock fabric are between my hands and the netting (to make them as tough as possible for bug bites in those places ). I tested it on the Appalachian Trail for 5 days, but in the time I've been using it, there haven't been many bugs. However, I did notice that it blocked everything from bees to small mosquito-sized insects. I also liked the built in pocket for things. Things I would change about it: - The method of hanging the rope takes longer in showers than I would like (i.e. you get wet trying to hang it in the rain). I'm not sure there's a perfect answer to this question, but anything that can be quickly attached to a tree like a zip tie would be a huge improvement. hammock and still fits in a bag for things (for those previously mentioned situations during a downpour).

Pros
  • LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE MATERIAL – Withstands everything thrown into hammock mosquito nets and very small powder compacts.
Cons
  • Not sure
